Spectral Router — DNS-Free Packet Routing via Ψ Channels
The NexusOS Spectral Routing Engine replaces DNS with physics. Packets are routed between network nodes using Ψ channel addressing — destination addresses are CE-encoded to wavelengths on the fly, and the routing algorithm selects the path of least electromagnetic distance.
There are no domain name servers, no registrars, and no single point of control. Any node that knows its Ψ channel can send and receive packets. Routing efficiency is proportional to spectral proximity — nodes at similar wavelengths route with lower energy cost.
