Resonance Cavity — WNSP Channel Physics
The WNSP channel structure is grounded in electromagnetic cavity physics. Resonant cavities — including Whispering Gallery Mode (WGM) optical resonators — provide the physical implementation of the orthogonal channel model underlying NexusOS.
Whispering Gallery Mode Resonance
WGM resonators confine light in closed circular paths via total internal reflection. The resonance condition is: 2πR = nλ where R is cavity radius, n is mode number (OAM quantum number), and λ is wavelength. This is structurally identical to Walter Russell's octave formula — validated experimentally by 2025 sub-mm wave research.
Q-Factor and Channel Isolation
High-Q WGM cavities achieve channel isolation exceeding 10⁶. The SNIC photonic NIC design targets Q > 10⁵ for each of its 25,600 Ψ channels, ensuring ⟨Ψᵢ|Ψⱼ⟩ = 0 is maintained in hardware as well as theory.
