NexusOS has two founding equity tiers and a permanent charitable trust allocation. All equity holders receive physics-weighted governance rights proportional to their spectral authority band.

Hardware Founder (25 slots)

100M sats / 100,000 NXT per slot. Founding equity in NexusOS. KERNEL-band spectral authority. First-production PHR-1 unit. Hardware Founder Rune badge. Name in the genesis block. Founding governance weight.

NXT Supporter

Variable sats amounts. NXT token allocation from the Orbital Treasury. USER-band spectral authority. Early access to WavelengthScript tooling and documentation.

Nexus Charitable Trust

10% of the Orbital Treasury is permanently allocated to the Nexus Charitable Trust. This is not a governance parameter — it cannot be changed by any proposal, regardless of vote weight. It exists in perpetuity.
